Victory Road (チャンピオンロード, Chanpion Rōdo, Champion Road in original Japanese language versions) refers to a cavernous dungeon at the end leading up to the Elite Four. There are actually three separate "Victory Roads" in Pokémon. One leads to the Indigo Plateau in Kanto,another one leads to Ever Grande City in Hoenn and to Foento City(name temporary)in Shinou. Both of these dungeons features many skilled trainers along with fairly high level wild Pokémon.

In Pokémon Red and Blue, Moltres appears in this cavern. In the enhanced remakes Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, Moltres has moved to Mount Ember. Victory Road only serves as an area to access the Indigo Plateau.
