Silver Town is a fictional town in the Pokémon anime that is located on or near Mt. Silver. It is where all the Pokémon trainers stay during the Silver Conference, an annual Pokémon tournament.
In the video games

In the anime
[edit | edit source]Silver Town looks like an average city in the anime. It is also a town in Kanto (the city where May/Haruka got her 2nd Kanto Ribbon)
Mount Silver
[edit | edit source]Mount Silver (シロガネやま Mount Shirogane, Mount Shirogane in the original Japanese) is a mountain.
In the Gold, Silver, and Crystal versions, trainers battle Red or Ash Ketchum at Silver Cave, a small cave near the peak of the mountain. He says nothing to the player before and after the battle. The player can access Mount Silver beating all 16 gym leaders from the Kanto and Johto regions and proving as much to Professor Oak in the game.
