Using this template automatically includes Category:Interwiki utility templates into the template so tagged, and so the call to this template should be nested in a <noinclude>...<noinclude> Block so it doesn't carry over beyond the tagged template.
[edit] Usage
Purpose: Cross-link and Normalize all en.wikipedia templates also used of the same name on the commons and other English sister projects. These are not always used the same way, nor necessarily have the same form as those here due to the different missions of the sister projects.
Note: wikipedia:template:Commonstmp is the converse to both commons:template:WikiPtmp and Wiktionary:template:WikiPtmp and both of those link to en.wikipedia template space, which serves as the master reference in conjunction with Meta.
