The International Mobile Equipment Identifier, XML - Managing Data Exchange/Glossary is a unique serial number given to every mobile phone.
To find the IMEI of a cell phone look at the sticker on the inside of the phone after removing the battery cover. Alternatively enter the code *#06# and press the "call"-button.
