[edit] Linking Elements
Is it at all possible to link the images to the pages on that particular element? Klingoncowboy4 20:02, 4 October 2006 (UTC)
- I see that this has been done, and that the table has been wikified. Klingoncowboy4 17:56, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] "WARNING: This page is 50 kilobytes long; some browsers may have problems editing pages approaching or longer than 32kb. Please consider breaking the page into smaller sections."
I propse that in order to deal with this we simnplify the history section. Klingoncowboy4 23:41, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Missing Actinium!
The box for Actinium (number 89) is incorrect. It contains a duplicate of the Lanthanum (number 57) box. --Eliyahu 07:20, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
- I have corrected the text box, but there is no Actinium.gif image for that square now. Could someone less graphically challenged than myself :) please upload one. The symbols is Ac, the number is 89, and the atomic mass is 227.0277. Thanks. --Eliyahu 07:51, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Practical Application
A practical application stems from my firm's use of gas from a local landfill. Each month, we do a gas use inventory, and we correct earlier specific gravity assumption from an periodic gas composition analysis. The correction involves scaling via the molecular weights of the main components oxygen, nitrogen, methane, carbon dioxide and hydrogen. --Billymac00 18:45, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
