TODO

  • The navigation needs to link to all letters
  • Format the individual pages
  • Consider if the pages should be named as, for instance, 'Letter A' instead of 'A'.
  • Elaborate the parent/teacher guide on the first page.
  • Discuss the sizes of the pictures (Larger?,Smaller?,etc.)

It really would be more effective if it could be viewed as a slideshow, one image and text-sentence per slide. Is there any software on wikipedia that would allow such viewing?

Also: there are many, many more possibilities for slideshows that could be useful for the classroom; for example, sets of rhyming words, lists of consonant-vowel-consonant words, groups of objects for counting practice, abc books with themes (animals, household items).... [edit] Separation of letters.

I am proposing that each letter should be separated into individual pages to allow the reader (child) to receive the information slowly without consecutively attaining the knowledge. The current layout also poses a problem if it were to be published in paper form. --Herraotic 21:28, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Categories

It would be good to have, for each letter, one word from each of several categories, like Animals, Machines, Names, etcetera. Stalefries 21:15, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Pictures

I am moving the pictures here so that i can try to develop the front page. If anyone thinks the pictures should be moved back to the front page, please contact me so that i can do so or you can change it yourself if you know how to. Xxagile (talk) 04:20, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
