I say we make this an official guideline (because it doesnt need the weight of an enforced policy). --Whiteknight (talk) (current) 21:56, 28 November 2005 (UTC)
- Wouldn't this be better as a Help page in the help namespace rather than as a policy? Jguk 12:19, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
A guideline at best. Kellen T 16:45, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Move To Reject, and include in Help Namespace
I think we all have the gist of this one. It doesnt need to be an actual policy, however the information here is certainly valuable enough to keep around. I am motioning to Reject this proposal, and move the information here to the help namespace. --Whiteknight(talk) (projects) 16:43, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

- Agreed, just another thing why Archive rather than delete, the talk history is a safer (a restricted number can edit it) and takes less resources (as in space, navigation),work consuming (no need to be managed) place to keep the, herr, history of the page. --Panic 00:23, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

- The search feature only allows you to search existing pages, not their histories. --Swift 05:22, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

Done. I have moved this page to {{rejected}}. I will work on moving the relevant text from this policy to the help namespace. --Whiteknight (talk) (projects) 00:26, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
