[edit] Arbitration
In January 2007, an attempt was made to resolve outstanding issues by way of an arbitration. A process was set up, and User:Robert Horning was asked to preside over it. The arbitration is archived at Wikibooks:Arbitration/Panic2k4 vs. SBJohnny.
The process stalled with Rober Horning being absent from it, but User:Withinfocus stepped in to deliver the verdict.
