This book will contain useful phrases in several languages to be used in restaurants, shops and other practical situations to assist vegetarians and vegans to choose their food.

Vegans and vegetarians in general consume only products of plant origin. However, vegetarians can also consume dairy products and eggs. Vegans never eat or consume any animal products, not even in minor quantities. It means they avoid all meat, fish, chicken, eggs, milk, cheese, butter and other dairy products, gelatine, honey, carmine colouring and many other animal-devived food additives.
