The process of installing PHPEclipse has several stages. This is because PHP development with PHPEclipse relies upon a number of different pieces of software. If you already use your machine for PHP development, chances are that you will have some of these items already installed. Even if this is the case, make sure you have at least a brief glance at the items below to ensure that you have the required versions installed. The installation process should be followed in the order provided in this manual. The optional items are of course optional, but are strongly recommended.
