GNOME makes changing fonts easy. Here's how.

First, Select Menu, Preferences, Font.

There are Four types of font : Application Font, Desktop Font, Window Title Font and Terminal Font. To change them, just click them.

Rendering allows you to control the look of the fonts

Details allow you to control advanced properties of the fonts.
