- Basically, as the editor, your decision, I don't see leaving the redirects as an issue but I'm happy to "tidy" if you want me too. Hi Venky - I need some more info to begin to help you on this. What "bi" template and what info box? Main question would be is it due to the renaming? (So it is still pointing to Finance?).
This bit is my mistake - assuming you want the pages deleted the template that you need is {{Delete}}. The one you have used is intended for use on frequently recreated vandal pages!
By the way, user boxes are usually placed on the user page rather than the user talk page. Thanks --Herby talk thyme 16:05, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
- OK - the speedy deletes were done just fine and I have deleted them. I am puzzled on the bi template and infobox issue - I'm not sure I'm understanding what you are trying to do. Infobox/Principles of Finance is there and looks ok?
- Could you take a look at your "signature" - this is not a big issue but it allows folk to get to your page easily. If you go to "my preferences" (top row if you are using the default monobook config) you can fill in the nickname there which will show as your signature (me - I always copy what is around and then edit it to be the way I want it!) - take a look at the sigs that are around & you'll work it out (if it is "fancy" you will need to check the "raw signatures" box). Took me a while if it helps!! You should be able to work something out from my sig (or those of others around - just "edit" anything with an interesting sig, remembering to "cancel" rather than save). The bi one I'll take some time and look at - it will be tomorrow now, if you are in more of a hurry the Staff lounge should get you help quicker.
