Thanks a lot for continuing work on the wikibook while I have been doing somewhat other stuff. You appear to have been the only editor for a pretty long time! Hopefully the wikibook is basically completed (apart from the dream interpretation part, but nobody knows how to fill that anyway). Oh yeah, I got a new book called Dreaming Reality, which is a rewrite and simplification of The Origin of Dreams.
