[edit] Welcome
Hi Rachel, welcome to Wikibooks! I see you've been making some contribution to the Cookbook, and I wanted to thank you! Keep up the good work. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page, or at the Staff lounge. Most importantly, have fun. Gentgeen 21:38, 21 Oct 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Ingredients index
Is the Cookbook:Ingredients page done manually, or is there a tool for that sort of thing? The cookbook needs a global index. I'd like to see something like this:
- Cheese Sandwich, Toasted
- Sandwich, Toasted Cheese
- Toasted Cheese Sandwich
Also, Fried_Rice and fried_rice (lowercase) ought to be together. It'd be especially nice if this worked for non-ASCII text.

[edit] Wikijunior Solar System
Thanks for helping out! And thanks for signing up for some proofreading tasks! --SV Resolution 18:59, 1 October 2005 (UTC)
I'd also like to thank you for helping out. If words are going into the glossary, are already there, or you think they should be there, then bold them. I think names of craters, geographical features, etc. should be italic, but there's no set policy on this, I think. I think I'll add this to the proofreading instructions.--Shanel 06:05, 2 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Deadline -- We miss it!
RachelI don't think it is humanly possible to make an October 3 deadline. The book is not proofread, we need to cut it by about 50%, we don't have an artist lined up, we have all the layout to do, and a printer to line up.
I don't really know what a reasonable timeline is for all this. Do you? Maybe we can come up with something sensible.
