[edit] Wikijunior Europe

The link you need should be Wikijunior:Europe

[edit] License for Uplaoded Images

I have the permission to upload the images form the author of the documentation. I updated the license of the images I've uploaded. Is it so, everything OK? Thank you, talk Tbernhard

[edit] Admin Nomination

Hi Laleena,

I have nominated you for admin on the WB:RFA page. I think you can make good use of the tools. You should probably accept it on that page, as I'm not sure how many will have seen the discussion here. --Jomegat (talk) 02:21, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Images from Commons

Images at Commons can be used here as if they were locally uploaded. Just use the same syntax as usual - the software will use the image here, and go looking at Commons if it doesn't exist locally.  – Mike.lifeguard | talk 16:47, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

Actually, I like to upload them a bit - it sorta gives you the recognition, and besides, it's easier to upload and make the photo+link than to go looking at Commons. Laleena (talk) 19:04, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
Actually, no, it's much more work for you (by definition), and it also creates more for the admins who process NowCommons. There's absolutely no reason to upload images from Commons here.  – Mike.lifeguard | talk 19:24, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
I agree with mike here. When images are found that are duplicated here and on Commons, the images here are typically deleted. That creates an extra step for the admins. --Whiteknight (Page) (Talk) 19:36, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
OK, then. I think I'll do that. (BTW, WK, I like the Talk Gadget.) Laleena (talk) 22:10, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
(thanks, i'm glad it's working for you). --Whiteknight (Page) (Talk) 22:47, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Evolution and Creation

Hello Laleena, how are you? I haven't seen you around in a while. I wanted to know what your plans are with this book? It seems like an interesting topic for a book, but at the moment it's a bare-bones stub. Are you planning to contribute more to it? --Whiteknight (Page) (Talk) 20:45, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
