My name is Ashleigh Armitage and studying a Bachelor Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra. I have also completed a Bachelor or Psychology (Science)/ Bachelor of Coaching and Exercise Science at the University of Canberra and have an interest in health and fitness throughout the lifespan. I also participate and have a keen interest in swimming, netball and distance running.
