Asking Mark W. Dalton for confirming licenses on several images formerly on his website, he replied on 2007-06-18:

Yes the University suddenly stopped allowing me to have the pages there.
I sitll have the originals.    Someone recently asked me, and is putting up
the site again (I think in Australia).

I have the images and you are free to use them under any license you
would like. 

I also sent the protein-transport, Na-K-Pump, and protein-gates.  I also have ER,
cholesterol, golgi images.
