TESSIORE, Luigi

Planner and Academician, Mr Luigi Tessiore is member of the Association of European Schools of Planning – AESOP, External Academic Adviser for the Postgraduate School of Local Development and Planning of the Polytechnic of Turin. During the last decennia Mr Tessiore put his expertise at the service of the United Nations being the Regional Policy Advisor for East, Central and West Africa with the UNDP Regional Service Centre. His research and field work on topics of critical importance for the development of Africa is a reference (i.e. social capital, governance of revenues from natural resources including mining and petroleum). Mr Tessiore has worked on these and more general governance subject in 24 countries in Africa.
