Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 1 lb spinach
  • 1 pint strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup pecans, toasted

Dressing[edit | edit source]

  • ⅓ cup raspberry vinegar (or white vinegar with raspberry syrup, I used petel)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 t. dry mustard
  • 2 t. poppy seeds

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Toast pecans over low heat on top of stove or in oven. Set aside to cool.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients and shake well.
  3. Toss and garnish with a few sliced strawberries.
  4. Serve.
