Experience[edit | edit source]
I have a B.S. in CSE (computer science and engineering) and M.S. in CS (computer science). I'm working on my Ph.D. in computer science at the University of Connecticut.
I have taught a wide variety of courses, and have recently become interested in teaching programming languages.
Interests[edit | edit source]
Computer-related:
- languages and language implementation
- virtual machines and other computational models
- architecture and assembly language
- networked and distributed computing
- autonomous mobile agents
- constraint programming
Travel[edit | edit source]
Germany[edit | edit source]
I spent time in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, and in Regensburg. I lived in the Ludwig-Thomas Studentwohnneim at the FH Regensburg and worked at Siemens.
Thailand[edit | edit source]
My wife and I lived in Mahasarakham and taught at the university there. She taught English in the department of Western Languages, and I taught computer science in the department of Informatics.
To do[edit | edit source]
- Programming Vintage Notebook Computers
- Notebooks are more practical than general microcomputers because they are self-contained, easily programmable, and have a long battery life.
