Jaipal Singh Datta is Head Brewer in Mohan Meakin Ltd, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh , India , Pin Code 201007 . He passed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, Punjab University in 1969 and Diplom-Ingenieur in Lebensmitteltechnologie vertiefungsfachrichtung Brauerei in 1974 from Technical University, West Berlin, VLB, Germany.He joined Mohan Meakin Ltd, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, as Technical Officer and did research in Hop Cultivation and Utilization in Brewing Industry from 1974 to 1978.He has also published papers on "Hop Cultivation in India " and "Hop Utilization in Brewing" in CSIR publication 1976 , symposium at Regional Research Laboratory, Jammu. Since 1974 he is serving Beer Industry.He revived sick brewery known as " Artos Breweries Limited ". He worked with "Shaw Wallace & Co Ltd", "Skol Breweries Ltd" , "Som Breweries and Distilleries Limited" and "Himneel Breweries ltd".He is ready to provide consultancy in Process Engineering and Brewing Technology .
