I am Doug on all Wikimedia projects, toolserver-wiki, Wikilivres, and Botwiki.
In addition to my activities on this project, I am a grapheocrates (bureaucrat) and măgistrātus (administrator) on the latin wikisource, an administrator on the english wikisource and the english wikipedia, a transwiki importer on the multilingual wikisource, an editor and transwiki importer on mediawiki.org, and a file mover on commons. I am also active on the MetaWiki. Outside of WMF project, I am an administrator on wikilivres (a non-WMF wikisource auxiliary project) and a developer and bureaucrat on botwiki, as well as a system administrator for a private/test installation of the mediawiki software.
Bots[edit | edit source]
I run two bots:
- DougBot, which runs on all of the above projects except the english wikipedia, and
- InterwikiBot, which performs interlanguage linking on all wikisources, though it has been largely supplanted by Candalua's more general purpose bot with a customized interwiki script, CandalBot. Both of my bots run on the Pywikipediabot framework, the official documentation for which I help maintain.
