Current environmental science major at san diego state university, i have always loved the idea of doing physical experiments. Possibly, i want to become a physics teacher in the future that can make students realize that physics is relevant and that their are many opportunities in science that students can and should realize.
Noticing a trend that not as many students are pursuing sciences and engineering in general, i want to make them realize that regardless of what they may become, science can and should be applied to life in general.

[edit] My interests include:
- -physics
- -Cognitive learning models of physics (educational technology)
- -Integrating fun things with the ever complext curriculum in schools.
- -the general "tricks" that students can use to learn algebra and math in general easier to understand. Citing methods from around the world to figure out math (such as the mehtod to multiply extremely large numbers). Make complext areas of calculus that typically have the "academic brow" which tends to make cocnepts more complex than they should be.
- -Making texts in general more interesting for students. Not merely the study as my english teacher always said, "the study of dead white men's work."
My heroes include:
- -Hewitt, the person who conveyed that complex ideas can be represented in simple explanations and diagrams.
- -stallman, open source father.
- writer of "algebra for gansters"
