I have successfully gotten my username changed from BooksihAcolyte to BookishAcolyte!

You can find me under the same name on the English and French Wikipedias. A lot of my work there has been translations, as well as edits for spelling and grammar, wikifying, etc. I've had an account here on wikibooks for a couple of years, but I am just barely getting active here, so I'm effectively quite new and don't entirely know the ropes yet. I'm more familiar with wikipedia's standards, but those have changed since the time when I was most active.

I'm a Feminist Studies major. Please help me improve Feminism. As of April 2009, it's a rather incomplete book.

I can read quite well in French, but I have many errors in my writing. I could maybe puzzle my way through an article in Japanese given full furigana (pronunciation notations) or a good dictionary, and I can get the general gist of most articles in Spanish.
