On the first beat, perform vypad (stamp-kick or touch-point) with the right foot. Weight is on the left foot. Do not perform pokhid skladnye or bihunets (1-2-3) after the stamp-kick.
On the second beat, perform tynok, leading with the right foot (crossing the left foot in front).
Repeat both beats to the left side, stamping with the left foot, and then performing tynok to the left.
On the first beat, perform vypad (stamp-kick or touch-point) with the right foot. Weight is on the left foot. Do not perform pokhid skladnye or bihunets (1-2-3).
On the second beat, perform uhynannia (knee-kick) with the right foot. Weight is on the left foot.
On the third beat, perform cross-kick, crossing the right leg in front of the left leg, and kicking the left leg out to the side. Weight is shifted to the right foot.
On the fourth beat, perform a double-stamp.
Repeat sequence to the left side, reversing the working and supporting legs.
