Description[edit | edit source]

  1. On the first beat, perform vykhyliasnyk (toe-heel) with the right foot, turning the foot out to the side. Weight is on the left foot.
  2. On the second beat, perform uhynannia (knee-kick) with the right foot. Weight is on the left foot.

Repeat both beats to the left side, reversing the working and supporting legs.

  1. On the first beat, perform vypad (stamp-kick or touch-point) with the right foot. Weight is on the left foot. Do not perform pokhid skladnye or bihunets (1-2-3) after the stamp-kick.
  2. On the second beat, perform tynok, leading with the right foot (crossing the left foot in front).

Repeat both beats to the left side, stamping with the left foot, and then performing tynok to the left.
