The formula An Gong Niu Huang Wan (安宫牛黄丸), designed to induce resuscitation by clearing away heat, eliminating phlegm and removing toxins, consists of the following:

Caution:

For Diabetes mellitus and hypertension, this medicine must be used within Normal Blood Sugar Index or Normal Blood Pressure Index. Never use in a hyperglycemic or  hypertensive state. This is specifically used in stroke (Brain). Diabetes mellitus and hypertension must be controlled. When in normal blood sugar index and normal blood pressure index the rescucitation effect would work optimally.
