The English Civil War/Guidelines

This book on the English Civil War is aimed at older children and younger adults. In accordance, the content of the book should be written in a style that is:

• Clear and informative, and straight forward
• Engaging and interesting to the reader
• Has a narrative content - e.g. "To understand why Civil War erupted...we need to..."

It should NOT be the following:

• Written in an encyclopedic style, comparable to Wikipedia
• Should not use technical, sophisticated or complex vocabulary or phrases
