Business-to-Government (B2G)[edit | edit source]

The business to government (B2G) model includes transactions between businesses and local, state, and federal governments. Many B2G e-commerce sites specifically carry products and services that government agencies need. Some government to business (G2B) activities occurs for example businesses paying online taxes and fees online. You can do this through the site portal. Individual citizens can also pay a variety of government fees online today. For example, we can pay our vehicle and boat registration fees, state, property, and federal income taxes, parking fees, and etc. These are called G2C activities because the government is giving the consumers goods and services.
