B2B, or better known as the Business-to Business System,is a the new way of selling goods and services to other business by eliminating the middle man.

In addition to “eliminating the middle man,” B2B businesses bring buyers and sellers together. They are often called, intermediary hubs because they help connect single businesses that are looking for products or services to businesses selling those products or services. They will then receive a transaction fee from the selling organization.

It can also include two or more business partners who exchange, aggregate, distribute and track information, conduct many types of transactions, and complete a number of vital tasks.

The most famous examples of B2B (according to Williams-Sawyers text Using Information Technology) is found in the auto industry. Ford, General Motors and DaimlerChrysler have put their entire system of purchasing on the internet.
