Commons: has some Mozilla screenshots licensed as free screenshots, based on MPL/GPL/LGPL.

Mozilla says it's OK to use in commercial publications either in reference to Mozilla products or where their product just happens to be in the picture (as in, say, a webmail screenshot). Webaware talk 07:28, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

One potential issue: some of those screenshots which include the Firefox have Microsoft-copyrighted interface in them, which is not freely licensed. --Iamunknown 08:45, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
