Place at the top of a Domain's or Objective's page with {{Network Plus Certification/Header}} and the parameters below.

top_url: Relative URL of page one level higher in book hierarchy, with leading slash. If the page one level higher is Network Plus Certification, omit this parameter.
top: The title to display for the page specified by top_url. If the title of the page one level higher is Network Plus Certification, omit this parameter.
cur: The title to display for the page this template is included on.
