Taxation in the United Kingdom/Definitions/Caravan

A caravan is defined in Paragraph 3(2) for the purposes of Paragraph 3(1) of Schedule A as having the meaning given by Section 29(1) of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960.

A houseboat means a boat or similar structure designed or adapted for use as a place of human habitation.
