I see someone has changed "There are four central problems in data management: capture, storage, retrieval, and exchange." to "There are five central problems in data management: capture, storage, retrieval, and exchange." Huh ?

Yeah, this is an inherent flaw in using wiki.

My understanding of xml is not that it will replace html but will complement html. Is this true? If so consider changing this statement which somehow does not ring true with me.

Using a rich application like NetBeans seems like a bad idea. It can only run decently on two of the three machines I have, and in a way, you are more learning how to use a support tool to write XML than learning how to write XML. I suppose it makes the whole process easier though :|

At the end of the introduction, there is a reference to WikiMl:

(Wiki MarkupLanguage), and this might be used at some point.

However, following the link takes you to an "Under Construction" page that, according to Firefox's view page info, was last updated 12/06/2004 08:24:07 AM. Digging around in Google didn't turn up more current info.
