Merge relavent information from the Wikipedia article on CSS (not yet started)

Merge Programming:CSS (in progress, Divokz 17:23, 21 February 2006 (UTC))

I agree that CSS is not a programming language, however XML: Managing Data Exchange sounds very exotic even to me being a web developer. CSS is about Data Presentation (not necessarily Data Exchange). Programming:CSS would probably be more intuitive (but a redirection would do). IanCarter 21:31, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

I'm merging sections of this page that duplicate content from CSS Programming into that book. This module will be left as an overview with links. The interested reader can then refer to the full book for details.

[edit] Disadvantages

Under the disadvantages section I would note that when using CSS for layout the way Internet Explorer munges borders (and other CSS properties) is a very real obstacle to adoption by many web developers.
