Looks good so far. I think Volcanoes/Volcanism needs to be merged better than just dumped into the book though. As well, please let me know when this is done and I'll merge the edit histories. I wonder if we could simply move Volcanism into the rest of the book or just outright delete it. It is speaking to readers in a very technical way that I can't understand. It would be best to do one of these, probably:

1. We could keep it the way it is, with little editing

A.Related:Edit it slightly

1. We could edit it to make it less technical
2. We could merge
3. We could delete
