What is about the code points U+FDD0-U+FDEF?

That section was reserved and was categorized as not a character. I don't exactly know why that section was reserved but I guess that these code points may be provided for the internal uses of computer programs. --✉Hello World! 11:08, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
