It's Just a suggestion but.... It might be advantageous to rename this, as well as split up the topics. For example, I think this text would could be renamed "Business Organizations" and do go a little more indepth on Sole Proprietorships, Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships, as well as agency. Also, it could then spin off the chapters on Securities Regulation, Corporate Finance, etc.
