the best thing to do would be to convert the source of the existing document into the wiki markup language and include it in TeX, so that users can read it and improve it using the power of wiki. Moreover, this way, the wikibook about TeX will get a kick-start, more people will read it and more people will join its improvement. We did something similar on LaTeX: we included an existing guide and we started improving from that, now it's a quite good book (even if there is still much work to be done) Alessio Damato 20:03, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
