What is the purpose of this article?

Is this article about system behavior and the major types of systems or is it specifically about IT systems?

Is this supposed to be a monlogue against the Great Satan, Microsoft, or is it supposed to be about systems theory?

There appears to be too much emphasis on IT systems with quite a bit of half baked philosophy thrown in.
