Chapter page names need to start with the book name followed by a slash, for example, "Book Title/Chapter Name". See WB:NP for more details To follow this policy, you can change the chapter titles to:
- Rhetoric and Writing in the Public Sphere: An Introduction/The Idea Behind this Book
- Rhetoric and Writing in the Public Sphere: An Introduction/The Evolution of the Public Sphere
- Etc.
If you want to keep chapter numbers in the links, then you can format links as:
- [[Rhetoric and Writing in the Public Sphere: An Introduction/The Idea Behind this Book|Introduction: Rhetoric and Writing in the Public Sphere: An Introduction/The Idea Behind this Book]]

The part before the pipe character "|" indicates the page name while the part after the pipe character indicates how the link appears in the text. Thus the links looks like:

- Chapter 1: Rhetoric and Writing in the Public Sphere: An Introduction/The Evolution of the Public Sphere
- Etc.
Actually, this way of displaying the chapter titles is confusing to say the least. On solution would be to move (rename) the book so as to drop the "An Introduction" part. That is, to rename to book to "Rhetoric and Writing in the Public Sphere". Another would be to drop the book name from the link text as follows.
- [[Rhetoric and Writing in the Public Sphere: An Introduction/The Idea Behind this Book|Introduction: The Idea Behind this Book]]
- [[Rhetoric and Writing in the Public Sphere: An Introduction/The Evolution of the Public Sphere|Chapter 1: The Evolution of the Public Sphere]]
