I think the sections External Beam RT and Localized Prostate Cancer have a lot of overlap and are hard to discriminate. Both sections have papers about outcomes after EBRT and both have a section called "Outcome prediction." I'm confused about how to separate the sections and welcome any suggestions that anyone may have. Once we get it sorted out, we should put a description for each of these pages (the others are pretty self-explanatory) on Radiation Oncology/Prostate. — Brim 17:06, 10 November 2005 (UTC)
- Well, initially we had most of the information in the EBRT page. But, I think to be consistent with other organs, as well as from clinical utility, we created the Localized PCA/Node Positive/Metastatic disease pages. I was in the process of moving the relevant info from the EBRT page, when I got sidetracked with my current research project in cholangio. I think it's probably more relevant to have Localized PCA page, which then contains sections on surgery, EBRT, and BT (and similarly for the other disease stages). The EBRT page could hold technique specific information relevant to all disease stages. I should be finished with my cholangio/liver work over the next couple of weeks; I can return to prostate and try to organize it some more then. Tdvorak 05:42, 11 November 2005 (UTC)
Okay, that sounds good. I will try to move some of the stuff over as well. — Brim 01:39, 12 November 2005 (UTC)
