Would "Dziękuję" be better translated as "thank you" (instead of the quite informal "thanks") to signify its (relative) formality? --Menchi 04:27, 8 Dec 2003 (UTC)
Generally "Dziękuje" means "thanks". When you are about to say "Thank You", you have to say "Dziękuje Ci" No!!! I'm from Poland. "Dziękuję" means "Thank You" and "Dzięki" means "Thanks".

"no" is ordinary word. Mustn't use its in official texts.
