We should add a kogo/czego/co/czegoś/czymś table. When a native speaker is asked about declensions, frequently s/he runs a list of these off his/her tongue and doesn't realise that this doesn't help the polish learner at all, since the mapping between question words and declensions, and between question words and prepositions is probably very non-1:1. i meant to memorise the kogo/czego table but haven't got around to it yet...
