Please submit opinions here on what to include. Also, I was wondering what the copy policy should be from other Haggadahs. There are un-copyrighted and copyright expired English Haggadah's that are very similar to ones that are copyrighted. If copying, pay close attention to what a modern person wrote versus what is has been copied time and again. I suggest the 1917 JPS for all versus as the copyright is expired and they are well known versions. As far as how much detail in the Rabbinical and traditional writings normally in Haggadah's, I think being and English Haggadah, it should maintain a Reform-Conservative bent in what is included. Please Be Bold and add anything you can, as there are always many more people willing to edit current content than willing to take the time to research and add content.
[edit] Language
I think all prayers should be included in Hebrew alphabet, English translation, and English transliteration, but I do not know Hebrew or have a Hebrew keyboard so it would be difficult for me or anyone else in the same boat without copying from another Haggadah. I think most other content such as directions should be in English, and maybe bible verses in Hebrew and English with no transliteration needed unless part of a prayer. Also, should the Hebrew: יהוה be translated the traditional G-d or spelled out in full?
[edit] Format
Be bold in choosing things like what is in italics or bold, quoteblocks, numbered/bulleted, in (parens), etc, but all the sections should stay consistent. Maybe it should only be one or at least fewer sections/chapters for easier printing. Eventually, it would be nice to supply a printed version here for use at Seders.
