Should I continue my additions? Fephisto 03:11, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Rewrite Begun: 7 December 2006

I'm currently a senior ME student and, as a project for the stupid holidays (today I gave my last final exam), I intend to make a serious textbook out of this. I will be adding content regularly until around 8 January, after which I may occasionally do so. There wasn't much content in the book to begin with, so I wiped it in favor of starting fresh. I don't mean to piss anyone off (likely will reuse it in the future when the book is further developed).

Stay tuned,

I'm going to be out for two weeks. I will do work before school resumes, but not much.

This is very nice, I'm quite jealous that you've been able to make something like this, good job Ben. Fephisto 03:31, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

I'm able to make something like this because I have nearly no social life. So, don't be jealous. Thanks, though.

Am going to be busy with another project (modest homework that's turned into software development...) for maybe as long as a month. So, little or no work from me until then.

[edit] Please choose another title

Could you please choose another title for you wikibook. Something like "Applied PDEs" or "PDEs for Engineering Sciences" or "PDEs for Engineering Students" would be more appropriate. I'm a mathematician working in PDEs. I must admit that even the start of your book is worlds away from what is done in mathematics of PDEs. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 128.131.37.74 (talkcontribs) .
