[edit] Adding parts in Getting Started

Hello to the person who edited the Maple wikibooks. I thought of making this section as a chapter where a newbee can understand how maple works (functions, semicolon, etc.), so i dont beleive that the text you added should be placed in the 1st chapter. Howver, i moved it another chapter where more advanced functionalities of Maple are shown. Thanks
