Expand the section to include description of how to actually use the package, or removed it as a promotion of sorts, adding no value to the reader. Also, it could be mentioned at the beginning of this chapter as one of the packages not covered by the chapter.

The PGF package and its TikZ front-end is another powerful graphics package, usable with LaTeX but also plainTeX, available at:
