I've just started this book, and it's time for dinner. Please note that the whilst it is only a table of contents for now, it will grow over the next couple of weeks. I'm so frustrated at having to pick up this nasty little database again, with bugger all documentation on its peculiarities, that I want to record once and for all how to use this little bugger just in case I (or anyone else) ever need to use it again.
