Amp talk only marginally relevant to harp amplification. The stuff on mics in this article is great, but the stuff on amps is much more applicable to guitar amplification and seems to have been lifted wholesale from that sort of article. A 2x 12" combo is clearly NOT the best amp for harp; except for Magic Dick and Paul Butterfield, both of whom used Fender Twins, almost no legit blues harp pro uses that configuration.
