I removed these means:

    1. Arithmetic-Geometric Mean
    2. Geometric-Harmonic Mean
    3. Generalized Mean
    4. Quadratic Mean

Because I don't think they are really used in statistics, but rather in analysis, etc.

If I'm wrong, please add them back.
